Game InVentorS ApS does not store other user data than name, e-mail address and game statistics. If the user connects with Facebook, the Facebook ID is also saved in order to display their profile picture. The profile image is saved locally in the app and is not transferred to the servers.
The user’s name, e-mail address, game statistics and optionally Facebook ID are stored for the user’s Partners account. The user will then be able to log in and view or continue their games in the Partners app.
The user may at any time in writing request Game InVentorS ApS for a full list of the information stored about the user. The request is fulfilled by Game InVentorS ApS without further questions.
The user may at any time request GameInVentorS ApS in writing to have their data corrected or deleted from the server. The request is fulfilled by Game InVentorS ApS without further questions.
The user data is never interlinked with any other registers, whether this is Game InVentorS ApS' own registers or third party registers.
The user data is not used by Game InVentorS ApS for marketing purposes unless the user has given written consent or approved it in the app.
The user data is not disclosed to third parties for any purpose whatsoever. The only exception to this is the disclosure of data to public authorities upon demand and by law.
